Subject: | The HarmonySite App now works with Google Drive and Dropbox |
Dear HarmonySite administrator,
Some of you are using the neat HarmonySite feature of linking in a folder from either Google Drive or Dropbox to a SONG in your Song Library. We've just released a new capability for the App: All the files in such linked folders can now be accessed through the App.
For those that don't know what this means: If you have a set of files (e.g. PDF sheet music + MP3 learning tracks) that you want to attach to a song, then there are a couple of different ways of doing that...
The second option has a couple of advantages...
It looks like this, on a song's page...
DROPBOX
GOOGLE DRIVE
Up until now, the files in those linked folders could not be accessed via the App. Our legendary App developer Chris has found a way to make this happen, so now all such files are viewable/playable within the App.
Notes
If there are any issues with the above (or any aspect of the App), please report them directly to Chris (chris@harmonysite.com). Be sure to always let Chris know the name of your group, whether your phone is Apple or Android, and the version of the App you're running.
In harmony,
Mark Virtue
