Subject:New Help/Support/Contact page within your HarmonySite

Dear HarmonySite administrator,

 

We've added a new icon to the top-right corner of your site, visible only if you have some sort of admin privileges...

 

Clicking that icon will take you to a brand new page where you will find...

 

 

One new thing on that page is the email address admin@harmonysite.com, which replaces mark@harmonysite.com as the email address for all account/finance/etc enquiries.  Emails sent to that new email address will generally still come to me (Mark), but if I'm away, they'll be directed to my replacement.  In other words, please don't ever send new enquiries of any sort to me directly.  If I send YOU an email from mark@harmonysite.com, it's perfectly fine to just click "Reply" and have the reply come to mark@harmonysite.com.

 

I encourage every HarmonySite administrator to give that page a quick read.

 

At the bottom of that page, and also at the bottom of the "Admin" page, is a new "Get Help" button...A close up of a logo

Clicking that button will open a panel where you can directly search our online help guides from within your own HarmonySite, and if you don't find the answers you need, you can click a link in that panel to send your question directly to our support team, just as if you were sending an email.  Replies will be directed to the email address you specify.

 

Please pass this on to any other members of your organisation that would need to be aware of this.
